My 911 has arrived!
Well, after 2 weeks, it is here. DAS shipped it from CA to CT. Great service, no issues.
1977 Wide Body conversion. 3.0 motor, front oil cooler, bilsteins. Here are some pics! Enjoy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Beautiful car. Same color as my '74 Stingray (rootbeer). I wonder how it would look with the headlight rings painted body-color.
P.S. - DAS sucks monkey balls. |

Looks great! Enjoy!
Not to be a downer, but I would keep careful watch on tire rub on New England's frost heaved roads vs CA's nice flat ones.

it sure is fun to drive! wheels are 17's, with powdercoated centers. 245's on the front, 275's on the rear. i agree, i will have to map out my travels around town a bit, to avoid potholes, etc. luckily it is weekend driver, so it will not likely see storms/snow! thanks.

Not to hijack the thread, but...if everything goes smoothly, DAS is fine. However, if there is a problem, they'll ditch you like a fat kid on prom night.
They were going to leave my '74 T/A in the middle of Brownsville TX because the car had less than 4" clearance. That's it...we're dumping the car here. Sorry. Too bad. Not our problem... ![]() DAS will never see another dime of my $$$. OK. Back to your regularly scheduled thread! |
