Quite the inventory...
I was browsing mobile.de when I came across some cars posted for sale by these guys, so I decided to check out their website.
http://www.porschefreun.de/ click "eintrett" and then "showroom" They have quite the inventory (although quite a few also appear to be on consignment), my favorites being the white 959, blue turbo targa and that AWESOME '88 Carrera RUF BTR ex-Alois Ruf car.

I agree. Very impressive inventory. The Ruf has to be my favorite though.

Yep, don't we all. Wait a minute, we're all still driving (or wanting to) drive cars from the same era. Simply a great time in automotive history! (IMO!!)

i am driving a car from that era....but it sure would be nice to have a brand new zero mile car to use as a daily driver, year round, that looked as sweet as the old m635.
i am quite dissapointed with what bmw has done to their designs across the entire range, interior and exterior and especially with porsche's interior design and the appaling use of that silver/grey plastic material used inside everything from a toyota to a new 911 turbo. awful. anyway, i seem to be in a bad mood today. :-) old cars rule!

I completely agree Scott. I live in the Upstate of South Carolina, where there is a BMW plant. I see them all over the place! The 7 series is my least favorite. The 5 series isn't much better, while the 3 an 4 series are a little better. Still not even close to the 6s of the 80's. I remember lusting over a 635CSI when I was in school. It was black with tan interior and gold BBS wheels. I believe they were the (in)famous TRX wheels. Still, a beautiful car!
They actually raffled off a 'brand new' 1980 BMW 633 CS at the Euro AutoFestival hosted at BMW this past weekend. Truly a ground up car. New body panels and everything. ![]() More about it here: http://www.euroautofestival.com/fundraiser.aspx Later, Mike
