Chain Tensioners?

Without open the timing covers, does it look like I have some sort of hydraulic chain tensioners? Do the oil lines allude to that?

Thanks in advance. I am trying to get a handle on what I bought, so sorry for all the questions.

I still have no idea what the switch under the ignition is, thinking it is for the sunroof, but have not had the ba**s to try it!

Yup, you have the Carrera oil-fed tensioners installed.

Send a photo of the switch as, typically, the sunroof switch is above and a little to the left of the ignition just--under and between the oil temp/press gauge and the fuel/oil level gauges. I'm sure the switch you have will be recognized by someone as soon as it's posted.

That switch is for the side view mirrors - driver and passenger side, depending on which direction the switch is toggled.
