New one on the way

Hi Groupe...

It's been some time since I got rid of the "Blue Carrera from Texas" and frankly, it took awhile to get over that deal.

This little beauty will arrive in a week or so I can't wait to get back in the saddle.
She's an 87 Euro Spec Carrera that's been well cared for. Should be just what the Dr. ordered.

Very nice. Where's it coming from?

Sweeeet! "Euro Spec" meaning Euro spec'd motor or an ROW with the smaller rear bumperettes?

I'll guess a Euro spec engine, as it doesn't appear to have the side repeaters. Of course, that could have been changed, but why?!?!

Looks nice! I know I love my RoW!

If its not a ROW, then its what Wonder bread is to bread :p

How you gonna sleep until then?

It must be from California; I live about five miles from the site of that picture. That's the "cement ship" off seacliff beach in the background. It was WW1 surplus that some entrepeneurs towed here to become a restaurant and casino. The depression put a quick end to that scheme and various storms have been breaking it up ever since.

Phil

Are you sure it's euro spec? I have the same exact car and the first thing that sticks out is you don't have the turn signals on the front quarter panels?

Hugh, Jason, et.all,

She's not euro-spec to the bone. Without doing some research on the VIN, I'd say she's most likely a USA model that has had a hand full of mods done, is all. I think the only true euro spec. thing on her is her ride height.

The car had a spotless PPI and I'm looking forward to her arrival so I can start tinkering with her.
