At the risk of sounding snotty - which I am not - putting an aluminum roll cage (not to mention a roll bar) in your car in the name of safety is a waste of time and money. Porsche proved that with the 935's.

Dooooh

The reason i have put a roll bar in the car in aluminum, is because for the looks the car is never gonna go on the track but is gonna be used to drive on the road, and it still help a little in safety, instead of not having it, but i still doesn't got a answer to my problem.....

With all due respect...it will not provide a "little" safety on the street if, like with Rolf Stommelen in Riverside, ...the aluminim cage wraps around the body in an accident and kills you.....this too can happen on the street.

If you want a bar for the steet, perhaps seriously consider a proper mild steel bar cage ( even a "rear-only" section to be better for road safety), properly padded.

One man's opinion......

PVC (plastic) pipe will be lighter and easier to install.

Seriously speaking; a roll bar for the street is a bad idea. Should you get run off the road, or other bad toss, the roll bar becomes a protruding structure that you are likely to smack your head on.
