New England winterizing for driving

hi

for Mass/ NH Pelicaners, if you keep driving over the winter, do you Waxoyl/rust treat your early P-car?

i'm thinking of getting mine treated, but have only heard and read about Waxoyl. It's the one thing that at least appears to have some user-cred. Not cheap. there are shops that sell/apply it in VT/NH/MA, I came across Robinsons in Springfield MA online.

The alternative is keeping the car in storage for THREE months ! And the other alternative will be rotting metal...

Opinions?

Thanks
