Any soft-window targa owners out there?
I wanted one but could not find one so...
I am considering doing a conversion to soft window on my 71 targa. I know it can be done. I am in the process of securing all the parts. I have instructions on the conversion(thanks Patrick). What I do not have are some good pictures. Can anyone who has a soft-window car please take some pictures for me and post them or email them. Kurt V- Yep, I was watching that one. Also with several other people. Went for ca. $515. Not a bad price from what I have seen. There are a few more that I am interested in.
Anyway... I am still looking for some pictures of someone's car. I want to know what the top looks like as it attaches to the targa bar. Specifically how the interior panel was modified to accept the latches. I think there might be a cover plate here but am not sure. Anyone know how this works? Jamie |
