Replacing engine compartment fuel lines on a carb'd 911

I would like to replace all engine compartment fuel lines and fuel hose clamps on my car, starting from where the hard line comes in (leaving that line alone). Also need to replace the fuel fitting hoses on the 2 carbs.

What size?
What type?
Where do I get it and the appropriate N-S clamps?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
