O-Rings

Got all my parts in and I'm starting to rebuild the lower end this weekend. Anybody have thoughts on lubricating the O-ring on #8 Brg. or leave it dry? How about those rubber seals around the oil pump. Dry or not? Thanks..

This a subject that I haven't yet explored in my engine rebuild. What kind of sealants will I need to complete my engine rebuild? What seals need to be greased and what one should be left dry. I'm sure I could find this by doing some research (which I will do) but am interested in what actual experience will have so say. Thanks in advance.
