place to buy/recover correct color shift knobs?

the tan leather shift knob cover finally wore all the way through....
where can I get new or "rebuilt" one...? It looks like our host has these but only in black
I'll probably get a new one and keep it for a possible resell and get something like a Momo Anatomic to use everyday

Thanks.

If you have a woodworking lathe, it's pretty easy to turn one...

Either Ebay, or buy one in the wrong color then use Sem paint to make it tan.

Aftermarket shift knobs look so cheap no matter how nice they are. If you have an upholstery shop near by you can get your old one redone for the same price as some weird aftermarket piece. Look up convertible top shops, or seat shops, or auto upholstery shops and they will match the leather and redo it.

Your friendly neighborhood porsche dealer will be happy to sell you a brand new one. Expect to pay a lot, but no aftermarket piece can compare. (IMHO:))
