Glad to have a horizontally opposed 6 cylinder
Air cooled (nuff said right there)....vroom, Original, easy to work on, lightweight.
Just a response to the Glad to have a V8 crowd. I'm not biased either way, I enjoy my single cylinder Suzuki, my son's 4 cylinder, my V6 Camry and the plenty of V8s I've owned. Just took a friend for a drive in my 84 911. He had never been inside a Porsche before. He's first words: Owww it sounds sooo good. Owh listen to it...
Exactly why I own an aircooled flat six. THE SOUND. It just doesn't come any better than that. |
