Screen for RSR front bumper?
I got an RSR style front bumper that I will be putting on my car. I will later like to add an oil cooler there. My question is, The hole in the front where the oil cooler goes. Can you buy or better yet make a screen for this. And if I make it what materials should I use?
Thanks in advance Shawn |

Shawn,
You can get 'natural' aluminum, black or gold anodized/coated expanded metal screen material at a lumber/construction supply, and make the grille yourself. Depending on your future choice of paint, one of those colors should go with the paint scheme! ------------------ Warren Hall 1973 911S Targa [This message has been edited by Early_S_Man (edited 03-01-2001).] |

Performance Product and probably the co. you bought the bumper from has a grill for the RSR. I just recieved my RSR front and rear bumpers from GT Racing and they came with a grill that was made of steel, I think, only looked at it for a second.

here is a neat grill for the rsr front bumper. Please consider that it will block off some air, so if you are running a high compression race or turbo motor, use the stainless screen: The back plastic grill on a 74-89 911 rear lid can be easily cut to fit. It looks great, is flexible to moderate impacts from debris, and protects the cooler nicely. We find them at swap meets or body shops that install rear spoilers for about $30-$50
