laforza
Just got offered an 89/94 Laforza for about $4k. Straight with a 100,000 miles needing some cosmetics. Anybody have any experience with this Italian / Ford SUV? There could be a major problem as the front axel shafts are out, but its just Forddrive train. If I bring it back to the US I can unload my early 80s Jeep Grand Wagoneers and use this for the tow vehicle and even put a plow on the sucker. Dang, I hate SUVs! I'd rather use a 928 and flat tow and then get a smaller boat. Or maybe a Maser V8. Heck, I like the idea of a roof rack on the 911 and using it for picking up dry wall. Appreciate your feedback.
Any ideas? Dan |

A Ford drivetrain wrapped in a pretty hideous and dated body, with likely difficult to get and expensive bits and pieces.
Why? |

For that money I would rather get a pretty decent Explorer.

Thanks Nick and Jim:
I looked at the thing in the daylight and the only emotion it evokes is my hatred toward SUVs. NO WAY! Thanks for your support. No more of anykind of SUV! My old Jeeps worth maybe $1k are all that I want invested in that kind of $%^&! Dan |
