Where is the horn relay on my 70T?

Bentley shows 3 relays next to the fuse panels for aux. lights, horn, a/c, but I have no relays in that location. My horn doesn't work and after testing it against the battery (ok) I wanted to plug in a new relay to eliminate it as a potential fault.

It's the black round relay down by the fuse panel. Make sure the contacts are clean and have someone push on the horn button while you gently tap the relay housing. Pull the relay and make sure pin 30 has 12 volts (test light). Should hear at least a clicking sound from the relay when pushing the horn button.

There should be a socket along side of the vertical fuse block. I don't have an early car anymore or I'd take a pic.

Here's a pic showing the horn relay next to the fuse boxes in my '70T.

Are you sure its not flopping around loose or tucked behind something down there? The relay socket just pops in/out of the hole in the sheet metal. The wires to the relay socket should come out of the wiring loom that goes across the front of the trunk to the receptacle on the right front of the trunk (for the right headlight/sidelights/horn connection).
