Installing three point brace--remove pedal cluster brace bolt?
 

When installing the Rennline three point strut brace, can I remove the pedal cluster brace bolt with out any harm? (Those who know this set up know one needs to install the three point plate over the Power booster mounting bracket.) That 13mm nut is impossible to get to...well a pita anyway..Just want to know if i can remove that 17mm bolt and reinstall it w/o any problems.

To answer my own question: Yes you can remove this bolt! It makes the installation a snap. Though once removed the nut on the inside has a tendancy to "travel" so it must be wrestled with thru those two holes in the front of the booster when re-assembling . Now you know! The directions should include such information.


It is a balmy 32 degrees F (1 deg C) here today so working on the car has to be very well thought out ahead of time..
