Hey have any of you SC owners ditched the stock condenser on the decklid, and put a C2 condensed in the front left fender. Where the window washer used to be? Because I am getting ready to do it. So I would like any advice you guys could give me.

I'm planning on putting one in the rear drivers side wheel-well. I've been told that that will work fine.

First of all, shame on you for starting this thread. Don't you know porschephiles are freezing there nuts and bolts off back east?
Can someone post a picture of a factory deck lid with the condensor. I thought mine was a PO addition. Thanks. -------------------- Paul 78SC Targa |

Haha, another sunny 78 degree day here in Baton Rouge, La.
But hey when it is 100 degrees and 110%humidity here, you will be having some beautiful weather up north. So there!!! |

How about a counter-point: I'm thinking about removing the A/C to stuff a huge intercooler in my 930. Anyone have any opinions on this? I live in California so I will be in hot weather, however, does the stock system really help that much anyway? I wouldn't know since the A/C on the car isn't working right now.
