Factory Amp Info? 89 3.2

I recently bought an 89 Targa. I discovered it has what is an apparently factory Blau Amplifier under the passenger seat. Tracing its wiring, I have noticed it is not being used in conjunction with an aftermarket JVC KS-RT311 head unit [probably 10 years old or more], though it could have been, since that head unit has RCA out bypassing its amp. I'm thinking about wiring in the Blau amp instead. Wiring has partially been sliced, so I'd have to do some work.

I'm wondering of this would just be a waste of time, So, does anyone know the specs in terms of power, quality, etc, of the factory amp.
