Ruf front bumper Question

I am going to buy a ruf yellowbird front FG bumper and I would like to try to add air ducts to the bumper that are sold to be used on the C2FG bumper. Has anyone seen or done this add to a Ruf bumper

Nice choice of bumper! I really like that one :).

Have you noticed that some of the yellowbird rear bumpers have less holes in them? Odd.

I love the ruf look, but I would like to have the C2 corner lights and air ducts. I do not know if this can be done, but I will order all the parts and try to make them go together

The 964/993 intakes are not compatible w/ the Ruf bumper cap.

Give Brad at BW a call, he's in your neighborhood, BW can build a Ruf bumper w/ smaller air intakes instead of the fog light holes.

Sort of like this

Think the original Ruf bumpers didn't have the slits around the corners, just the ones on the rear valence underneath the plate.

The later ones had the extra slits. Depends which generation of bumper you copy, I guess...

Mr.Puff 12-06-2007 12:29 PM

;) I'm not a big fan of the corner slits.

i want to get the air ducts mounted in the bumper part not below where the driving lights are. The C2 bumper has the air ducts next to the signal lights. that is what I would like to do
