ID Connector/Engine Compartment / 85 Targa
Hey Guys,
Finally bolting in my hot-rod 3.4 to my 85 Targa!!! Have a question about an 'errant' connector. In the left front side of engine compartment near the fuel return/supply hard lines there is a grey wire harness that contains three connectors. This wire harness is attached to the car. Two (female black) go to the flywheel speed and reference sensors on the engine. The third conector is white in color, Bosch style, two pin female. Where do it go?? Thanks!!!

A picture would help, on my 84 on the bracket with the speed and reference sensor is the O2 sensor connector.

YES! that's it !!
After over two and one half long years this thing is finally getting close! I do BMW's and sometimes late Porsches as my trade. I rarely work on older stuff and I just forgot what the h3ll that went to. Shoulda looked a little closer at my engine harness!! DUH!! I have/had the whole car almost to the shell and have done many changes and upgrades. One is the change to the later 964 plastic intake so nothing is where it needs to be. Sometimes I need a little help!! I'll be posting pics soon with the bio. As always, many, many thanks to everyone here that has jumped in with pics, suggestions, parts, etc over that time. I feel deeply indebted to all the guys that stepped up when I needed a particular part and (as usual) had less $$ to pay for what it was probably worth. This site and the people that contribute are unequaled.
