Original trunk color
I am in the process of cleaning my trunk, with the intention of painting it when finished. After removing whatever the stuff is that was used to coat everything,(what is that waxy, gooey stuff, anyway?), the paint looks pretty good. Does somebody still make the original paint? Or does anyone know the color?

The paint is available. Look on your door post near the hinge for a plate and post the numbers or, if it is for your 71, you can go here to compare numbers.
