Paint chip product- Langka???

I was visiting Rennlist and they had an ad for a product called Langka? It's supposed to smooth out paint chips, leaving the paint surface smooth without damaging the clearcoat or surrounding paint.

Is this too good to be true? Has anyone used this?

I have a lot of chips on my hood and have yet to repair any of them. I was going to buy the Meguiars sanding pad, but this products sounds easier, if it works.

Funny you should mention that . I ordered that today for my spring play kit . I have never used it but have seen post on bb's (Porsche) attesting to its effectiveness. Try a search on here , rennlist or the Potomac PCA boards . Sounds like its worth a try!

I read those post on Rennlist too, I ordered
the Langka last month and have tried it once
with less than expected results (didn't work)
I'm guessing that I did something incorrectly.
I only let the paint dry for 30 minutes, from what I've read I should have let it dry 4 hours ! also it was really cold (for Texas)
the day I tried it.I plan to give it annother go next week. The company has a good website that has alot on info I think it is

Has anybody else tried this? If so, please give the model and year of your car.

I've used Dr. ColorChip which I believe is a similar product on two of my cars now.
Like anything, you have to learn the technique that works best for you. You can't rush it. There is a learning curve but once you get it down it isn't difficult.

It definitely works best on the smaller road rash kind of chips, ones the size of a grain of salt or less. On those it works miracles. The more road rash you have the more impressed you will be with the ease of making it all but disappear after you are done.

Larger chips take time to build up and the results aren't quite as effective. However, you won't have blobs.

All in all it would be my first choice for minor stone chip repair...
