Disclaimer: I don't know spanish. I've never rebuilt an engine. Don't know the reason/purpose of the rebuild other than it looks like for oil leaks.

From the looks of it though, that's a 2.7 rebuild, but no machining work to the case or heads. Dirt everywhere. Lots of sealant products. I don't think that would be considered a quality job. Maybe there's something in the pictures to make note of and learn from?

Just found the google link for english translation:

engine rebuilt site

you have to go through all the pictures from 1-18 and you will see the complete rebuilt. The first pictures are when the car came into the shop and is dismantled.
Show me one shop in north America which has ceramic tiles and the floor is washed with a power washer.

I would bring my car any time to this shop.

I think he is power-washing the case with the power washer......

and it does look a little wired - expensive parts (P/C, exhaust, oil cooler, clutch pack) but no apparent machine work to the case and the heads. And yes, at times parts that go back together "look" dirty

It appears to be in North Africa. The caption on the photo with a lot of gungy sealer says something like "was this bodged job done in Spain or here in North Africa".
Whenever I see a workshop with all the tools put back on a peg board I feel very guilty. I am probably the worlds worst at putting things away immediately I have used them.
