New to me 97 993 cabriolet 6 speed

I’ve recently won my first Porsche at a state ordered estate auction here in Arkansas. I have been a car/truck/motorcycle guy for almost 30 years. My plan for the car is to fix everything wrong with it and return as many of the parts to original or OEM quality. This car has a history. The original owner had Turbo/S rear quarter panels grafted to replace the narrow fenders. The Gemballa-ish rocker cover / side skirts were added as well as turbo fender air scoops, an aftermarket fiberglass turbo replica spoiler and Techart front bumper cover. The drivetrain remains stock with the exception of Billy Boat stainless headers / mufflers, Kinesis wheels (18x12 & 18x10) and a set of H&R adjustable coil overs all around. It also had remnants of a “competition” stereo from 1998. Haha So this is my first post on Pelican Forums in an attempt to gain access to the classifieds where I will begin sourcing some more mature parts for my new to me car! Congrats on the win, Nick. Sounds like quite the score with some real character! Love your plan to bring it back closer to OEM while keeping the tasteful upgrades. Looking forward to seeing your progress and build updates.
