Solvent recommendation needed

Can anyone recommend a solvent to remove the glue from double sided tape. This solvent must be paint/clearcoat friendly.
Thanks & Merry Xmas to all !SmileWavy

Try a small amount of Rubbing alcohol...

Just about anything will remove that. 3M adhesive cleaner, WD-40, bug and tar remover...

Try with a heat gun as well. It helps.

Mineral spirits or paint thinner (NOT lacquer thinner) works well too ...

a couple of products, one called Goo Gone and one called Goof Off. or, if you have a lot to do. buy an eraser wheel for your drill from the auto paint supply.

Naptha, aka lighter fluid, as in Zippo.
Not hot at all and won't harm paint
