Which car are you going to drive now???

My guess is that Ruby is going to see more garage time, but more 'quality' driving ...

Enjoy, I will be on my way to Oahu on Saturday .. miss you guys.

The funny thing is, 928 "Central" is a couple of miles down the road in the other direction-Double Oak. I met a guy on Rennlist (the hot 928 forum) who has 7 of these!! He also has built a new three car garage that serves as the clubhouse for a loosely affiliated gang of 928 maniacs in the DFW area. These guys know their cars, and have regular "tech" sessions where they jump on a car, and fix what ails it, or improve that which needs it.

This actually gave me a little more confidence in taking the leap, but these cars are Porsches, and pretty much bullet proof with proper care. The electrical stuff gets blown out of proportion a bit.

Actually 15W-50 is the one suggested by most, and what I'm using.

Okay, three's a group! I e-mailed Jay Moore also, I don't know how often he checks the site. I'd be curious to see how his bumperette project is coming, and if he's dreamed up any other cool uses for titanium.

I'm a 'maybe'. I think I am heading out to MSR at some point on Sat, not sure yet what the planned departure time is. I still need line up a track car to drive for the weekend, my 3.6 transplant is still a few weeks from being completed.

Rob: Hope you can make it, I want to hear all of the details of what's going on with the transplant.

I'll need to be out of there by about 10:00 or 10:15 myself.

Yep.... got 6.

Maybe someone has an idea why the right side (OK, if it were a 911 it would be the left side) of my motor gets covered in a oil mist all the time.....

Maybe you guys (or should I say "ya'll") should wait a week and come on down to the Club Race.

A bunch of us are coming down from Colorado for it. It's March 17, 18, &19 at Texas World Speedway.
