ROW Carrera bypass pipe +chip
 

My 85 ROW has a catalytic with an 02 sensor that leads to under my floormat ie not connected. I would like to replace the cat with a bypass pipe and keep the stock muffler...then have Steve Wong put a custom chip in her. Does this sound like a reasonable plan. Is the Fabspeed bypass pipe a good way to go? Thanks.

PS My car is registered in a no emissions required state.

Fabspeed is good...$$$...Bursch do the job...!

I've got an '84 with a Bursch and SW chip. The bypass is on my list for winter project. I'll have Steve burn the chip with a new map after the bypass is installed. Syl, what kind of improvement did you notice on yours?
