Must have been owned by a body and fender guy who was in need of a creative outlet, to bad he took his frustration out on a Porsche.

I was a brick mason for 20 years and I can always tell where the frustrated brick masons homes are

Well, he does have an old motor trend magazine article posted that describes it. I didn't see the word Gimballa anywhere but I did see the word Koenig. $168 000 when new. I am sure this has be discussed in older threads.

Its not a Gemballa abomination its some other KIT. Gemballa made some very 80's period pieces but not that mess.

well at least it's not a Gemballa, Uuwe ? does have some period pieces that just are heart
stopping if not wallet embarrassing!
The Konig bros on the other hand made some *****in 935 street and full race bodies ie;moby dick
style ...I could see this being some combination thereof..not that tasteful by todays standards but
man back in the early eighties you'd have slapped your momma for this thing! Well almost..:-)
Haicat, that 914 kit we all wanted was the Chalon! thanks Bert

it doesn't look like a P anymore. First glance at the frint, I thought it's from a 280zx nissan. Second glance toward the rear, I thought it related to the hyndai tributron (or something like that)

Hmm. Didn't notice it until you mentioned it, but you're quite right about the resemblance.

We need to send all these exotic abominations that keep popping up on ebay & Craigslist every few months to our Russkie pal Maxim. Let him put 'em out of our collective misery.

Tsunamiboy, are you referring to the "keystones" in the arch above the garage door?

...and the stone on the garage, and the brick arch...

I think he's saying. Too much for that little house, esp. the stone and brick...

On another note though, a friend bought a car from these guys, and they were VERY much a pleasure to deal with. About as honest as can be when they described the car.

Oh yeah, the thing that used to be a Porsche in its previous life is painful to look at. I think it may be a bad knock-off from a horrible Koenig conversion.
