anybody running 15's on 87-89 G50

If so,

I can't seem to find any info. on how wide (tire wise) I could go
front and rear.

Is anyone running : 225 / 50 / 15 rear and 205 / 55 / 15 front ?

Or : 205 / 60 / 15 all around ?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!

Correct forum! Right on! Actually, I'd like to know, too...not that I'd do it. It might make a lowered car look better, IMO, along with allowing a little air above the tires, and that extra room might eliminate the need for rolling fenders? I know, tires are hard to find, right?

Two sets of 15 x 7 & 8
One set- OE size 195/65-15 front, 215/60-15 rear
2nd set- 225/50-15 front, 245/50-15 rear. Track tires. Front fenders might need to be rolled for the 225/50 front but mine is already rolled for the 16x8 and 225/50-16 RA1's. And I run -2 degrees camber.

I run 205/55/16 225/50/16 @ 6 and 7 inch fuchs daily...not issues at all front and rear, and i even run a 1" spacer in the rear...

this past weekend i mounted a track set of r888s - 225/50 on 7x15 fuchs, and 235/50 on 8x15 fuchs...rear has mucho space, but needed to roll front driver fender...

i run 1.6 degrees camber front, 2.5 degrees rear.

Here's a handy tire size comparison tool that works well.

Includes speed adjustment factor +/- MPH.
