removing anodized trim

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for removing the anodized window trim. I am going to be painting this with some black spray paint I recieved from Tweeks just for this application. Thanks.

I know on the front and back glass you need to remove the seal also.

if you go through the trouble of removing it, it would be a shame to spray it with spraypaint instead of spending a few bucks to get it powdercoated or reanodized.
The "trim paint" that places sell is nothing special, its just black spraypaint.

I painted mine. Big mistake. Within a year it will begin chipping. Follow the powder coat or anodize advice.

The door trim pries straight up. It is press fit.

Powder coating is amazing...did my wheels with black coat and the wheel machine was unable to scrape it off...amazing stuff...

See the wheels here. http://www.malmz.com/signatur/drives/phoenix/mtz01.jpg
