Boxster / 996 seats in 3.2

I´ve been offered a pair seats from Boxster (full electric, full leather, heating). I understand, that they are the same in 996 also.
Has any of you any experience in fitting these seats in an earlier 911 (mine is ´86)? Do they just bolt on ? Any modifications needed ? Wiring ?

I asked a similar question some time ago with 993 seats. I was told that it was a fairly easy job to fit those seats in a 3,2.
