Cars in HK ARE relatively cheap. Relative to Australia, that is.

Actually, I've been driving my US car virtually daily in the UK for the last 16 months, and it's not been a problem at all - in 18,000 miles. I had expected there to be more issues. I had thought it would feel more out of place than it did. Very pleasantly surprised.

Card readers at corporate car parks were a PITA sometimes - especially if holding onto the strap and throwing the card against it resulted in too short a duration for it to read it :) A short stick worked better...

Otherwise, no worries at all with a modicum of common sense.

I was just searching for something else and came across this post again.

I have been driving my (shock horror) jig less project car for 18 months now without a bother and today the car was taken for a drive by a renound road, race and rally car preparation panelguy and he raved about how tight the car is and how it drives like a new one.
