Small Reservoir w/ clear cap at fuel filler?

Since I've had my car I've had to put fuel in it a couple times so far, there is small reservoir next to the fuel filler with a clear plastic lid? The OM says it's for the windshield washer fluid? My car has a washer fluid bottle or reservoir under the hood. Are there two and which one do you fill? My tank under the hood was 1/2 full. I filled it from the access under the fuel lid and all of the contents I poured in came out of a long rubber tube from under the left front wheel-well? I don't get it.

That is the reservoir for the headlight washers. You should see two little black teardrop shaped fittings on top of your bumper, they are the spray heads, one in front of each headlight. It sounds like the hose has come off or has deteriorated and is leaking. You should be able to track the hose from the container to those spray heads and replace or repair the tubing. Good luck!!

The reservoir in the luggage compartment is for the "intensive wash" This operates through the windshield washer jets. The fluid should be the Porsche "silicone remover" fluid part number 928 628 931 00.
The headlight washer fluid is in the main windshield washer reservoir.
