Scratched fuchs rims

I've bought a set of fuchs rims two weeks ago. It are 1970s 15"x7". Two of the rims have rather deep scratches in the center area of the rim. I don't know how the previous owner got them in that place.
If you know how deep scratches can be repaired, please let me know.
