Sweet, sweet justice 10 bucks at a time
$10.32 actually. I just received my 4th check from the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections for restitution on an air compressor that was stolen out of my garage 7 years ago. Only 18 more to go. Apparently, the "perp"is still making license plates and showering with his back to the wall.
Sometimes the system does work.

If you were in CA, you'd be sending the state a check to help pay to keep him in jail. And now our Governator wants to release "non-violent' criminals, like the one that stole your compressor, out of jail to save money (or make rome for more vilent criminals),
