In other words, why are some products better or the same (other than cost) than OEM, and if other items are required or need to be altered to work. I think it would be even more beneficial if it were linked or cited user comment or input- not just a marketing add from the maunfacturer, but real world input. Be really slick if the part or system linked to the project book in order to demonstrate installation also...

A recent thread (started by you) addressed the issue of parts now having to be sourced from Germany, increasing order lead times among many other issues. Several items in my project list are such items, and I have no idea about their availability or status since they don't have a "move to cart" icon next to them. So in order to purchase these parts, I have had to call one of your employees to see what's going on.

Could there be a way to establish a "special order" icon so that (1) I know that the part is not usually held in inventory and (2) I don't have to call to order?

I'm an overseas customer and I often try different combinations of parts before placing an order. International shipping cost is very sensitive to some large or heavy parts and I have to calculate the shipping cost a few times to determine if some parts are cheaper to get locally. Today it is only possible to MOVE parts from the project list to the shopping cart, which leads to a lot of clicking for me.

Except from this, the project list is an excellent feature.
