Uncovering guage cluster....
 

Has anyone removed the vinyl (I think it is) on the guage cluster, but not those that have stripped and painted the car?

Wondering what's under there, if it's body color by default, in good condition (or full of glue or something), etc.

Just curious.

Haven't removed it, but you can see under the vinyl with the gauges out. The metal is painted body color, but they used yellow glue to affix the vinyl to the meta.
