Alignment Shop on Eastside, Wa
Can anyone recommend a good alignment shop for Porsches on the eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond areas).

When I saw eastside, wa. I was thinking Moses Lake, Spokane, etc. My answer there would have been 'none'. However, Park Place in Bellevue is the mecca of used 911's. They may even charge the going rate for good P-car mechanics but I am not sure. My mechanics are at MaxRPM in Bremerton but that doesnt help you a whole lot. I would suggest going to John Walkers in Seattle....everybody here seems to recommend his shop and he posts here regularly. Hopefully your car is driveable that far?

I use Colin Cantrell at Cantrell Motorsports, he is right off 405 at Totem Lake below the Subaru dealer. Colin does a geat job and includes the alignment/corner balance and is able to set your car up for your needs (street/track). He also will give a print out of your alignment and corner weights.

I take all my cars to Byron at Truline. It is a family business. His father started it, and his son also runs the Truline shop in Seattle. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a nice guy too. Highly recommended. He has aligned my 97 and 81 to perfection.

Fordahl's Motorsport or Redmond European. Both know their 911s.

Go to Tru Line in Bellevue, Byron is the owner and tech and secretary. Recommended to me by John Walker, he's done the set up on both my SC's. Great guy. Walker is a good mechanic recommendation but he's not set up to do alignment and corner balance work in his shop.

truline or nobody.

My original PPI @ Chris' German turned up some issues, and they referred me to Tru-Line just down the street.
I was extremely impressed with Byron, with every aspect of his business and the way he conducts it. I'll be going back. |
Use truline.
