I'm in Sac also and unfortunately I can't help you with this one..If you happen to run across a shop that does "on car" balancing please pass it on. Thanks!

The Sacramento Valley Region PCA (www.derporsche.net) sends out the "Drifter" once a month. In the Drifter is Capital City Motorsports.

I spoke to the owner, I think it was the owner. Apparently he will be out of town (going to some ease coast shows and races) for two weeks.
