Anyone have first hand experience Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta

Guys,

I just ordered these...

for this....

and they came with these.....

The feedback I've gotten is that they are decent street tires. Do any of our esteemed members have any first hand experience with these tires ? They are Vredestein Ultra Sessante tires. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rich

You're going to need another wheel, there, bud.

Vred makes great snow tires, don't know about their performance tires.

Are those the ones that did so well in EVO's tire comparison test? Pretty amazing tire, apparently, but no rep in the U.S. at all.

They make tires for road bikes. Very highly-regarded bike tires. I bet that bit of info will be comforting to you.......Actually, this is the first time that I've heard of them making car tires.

Yeaa for the Torelli. I like my Verdestein tires on my road bike as well. I think they are a Dutch tire company. Don't they make some of our spare donut tires for our 911s. I think I have one one of those in my trunk/hood. I think you can still get 315 17's on some ebay companies. I am thinking about it.

They have been in the tire business for a long time. They make a very good snow and performance tires...pretty spendy.

I had a set of the old ST 70's back in the 80's, great tire for a great price. Went on to the Phoenix 3011's....man am I dating myself.

I had Verdestein tires (185/70-13) on my BMW 2002 in the 70's after reading somewhere (probably Road and Track) that they were good. They lasted for a long time 80k+ and as I remember sticky enough. I had some 6" wide steel wheels with custom offsets made to go with the very wide tire size and not so much room under the fenders.

Newbie with Verdastein on 91 Cabriolet

Hey Guys. I am new to all this . Just Got my FIRST 911! It is a 1991 Cabriolet.
I just installed 4 new tires and rims. Fronts 235/40 ZR18 and the rear 275/35 XR18. They handle great, have a good ride. Who did you purchase them from.

How do you put pics on here??
