correct muffler for a 74 2.7 in a '71 body?

I'm having a hard time deciding what muffler is the correct one for my application. I have a 74 2.7 with SSIs that I am putting into a 71 body. I am planning on using one of the single tip Dansk mufflers. There are seperate part numbers for 74 and 71. I'm not sure what the differences are. I know that the flanges are in the same place, heat exchangers are the same part... so what's the difference?

The outlets are different. I think the early muffler's outlet is higher. At any rate, use the one designated for anything up to '74 for your '71.
