Question on shocks
I was installing my turbo tie-rods, rack spacers, and wheel bearings yesterday and I didn't finish, guess I'm just slow. Anyway I had to drop the rack to extract a seized tie rod end, and while I have it out, why not do the shocks?
I on the fence after reading the tech forum, I have green on green shocks, and green spindles as well. The paint is fairly new, and the shock were a real bear to compress. From what I'm reading it looks as if someone installed Bilstein sports in here, and the look pretty new. Any advice here?

I'll bite. The "Don't fix it if it's not broken" rule may apply. If your shocks are in good shape, and you're good with the ride, leave them alone. You'll certainly find more ways to spend money on the car. When I re-built the front end of mine, there was no choice. The front shocks were shot. Your's sound like there in good shape. Dodge this bullet, and put it back together.
