71 911e fuel issues

I have a 71 911e mfi that had been sitting for a few years that we have been bringing back to life. It has been in the stage of running with starting fluid but not getting fuel. Thought it was pump but seems to be working. Looking for more suggestions to diagnose. Thanks in advance. Would like to get past this stage and on to body shop.

We have new injectors, cleaned gas tank. replaced lines.
