What's the latest word on Transmission oil for an '88 930
I'm talking G-50 with LSD. I've done some searching but want to know the latest thoughts for my specific application.
Thanks!

Have a look at this. I am using it in my track car's modified 915 box with no complaints.

a lot of the threads conclude that Swepco if I remember the model number is 201... is the best out there....Steve Weiner seems pretty strong on this and I would trust him
Some use Delvac - not real easy to get - I read somewhere that the Porsche race teams use it. Many of us use Redline - easy to get and probably fine If you follow some of the threads with Charles Narrvaro... you will catch some info. |

The Mobil Delvac looks to be the ticket for me. I've used Mobil-1 in all my cars for the engine oil for several years.
After reading Charles Narrvaro's post I switched over from their straight 20-50 to the Mobil-1 V-twin 20-50 so I might as well go this route on the gear oil as well. Looks like good stuff. Thanks for the link!
