chin spoiler question
I have been searching through the different threads and I am coming up empty on this question.
I am trying to find out how many washers I need. I have 11 now, but after re reading the step by step in Wayne's book I think I need 11 more. is that right?

What year-what style?
the chin spoiler from the factory- IE the impact bumper chin spoiler is what I am guessing you are asking about -11 sounds right as a total, if you get the hardware kit for it, you should have all that you need. If you dont get the hardware kit you need to make up a method for securing the spoiler and stabilizing it at each mounting point-the hardware kit does this by using studed dog bone type fasteners. -Adam |

I tried to get the mounting hardware kit from pelican,
but there was no specific kit, so we went through the list and pieced it together. I am putting a stock chin spoiler on a stock vavlance. I have to check for sure, but i think the holes are already there for the spoiler. don't have the dog bone spacers but I have extra spacers.

ok, where will I be putting those eight?
sounds like a stupid question, jeez. there are 7 plates and the 4 bolts on the sides. right?

7 plates, using one washer apiece
4 bolts, two on either side of the 7 plates, using 2 washers each 4 bolts, two on each side, for the dog bone spacers, using 1 washer each JR |
