Idle Speed Adjuster Question
Is my idle speed adjuster from a different model? It seems to work OK, just curious.

Is the Idle Control Valve a Bosch? If so it may have been painted by PO.
Mine looks like the 2nd pic. According to our Host, for an '86 it should be the 2nd pic part# 930-606-161-00-M14. |

Yes, that is a non factory part; probably from a VW or a BMW or something. Still, if you're not having trouble, I wouldn't worry about it.

Very Interesting. I noticed when I replaced the O2 Sensor that the 2 way connection has a Mercedes 3 point star on it. BMW, VW and MBZ. Probably Audi too are somewhat interchaneable, eh?
