Post Oil change and injector check ?

Well I'm doing my first valve adjustment over the weekend and along with removeing the injectors to clean them if nessasary. I'll be putting new seals on the injectors and tightening down the intake manifold bolts.
I'm going to read the tech artical on this site first along with use of my Bently. If anyone should have any little helpful hints they would be greatly welcome. I also started this site so if I have a problem, mabye someone will be there to help.

Injectors seem a little hard to get in would you use a lubricant on the new o-rings. If so what kind?
thanks

If you put a little silicone grease on the 0-rings, they'll slip right in with very little effort.

the torque spec is not high for those intake runner nuts. They probably need to be tightened, but not too tight.

The silicon grease worked great and the fuel rails are tightened firm but not overly.
Thanks radcon and super.
