930 emisions
On a late 80s 930, the emmisions code for a 49 state car is C02 and for the california legal car it is C03. What else is done to the C03 car over rthe C02?

It's year specific..."late 80s" is a little broad.
Best to Google, CA Bureau of Automotive Repair, aka "BAR". Ask them for specifics or follow the links. Most of that stuff is online. They also have a 800#, at least for CA residents and you can ask a BAR Referee. Off the top of my head, the 930 didn't come in for a couple of years when new....I think it was 87 and 88 and the 89s somehow made it.....
