Seat Belt Bolt

What size bolt is used on the side of each front seat to secure the seat belt to the seat on a 1973 911T? I think that it is a 10mm bolt, but I don't know the overall length. As a few of you may already know, these bolts are not offered in any of the usual catalogs.

My car has incorrect bolts that were on the car when I bought it. These bolts prevent me from being able to move the back of the seat forward to allow access to the back seat without removing the bolt.
