Post Yet another tire post

I am looking for new tires on the front of my 911. I would like to put on 205/60r15 but tires like Bridgstone 730's, Kumho 712's and Dunlop sp8000's only come in a 55 series. I'm running Dunlop D40 M2 215/60ZR15 in the back and I'm wondering if the 55's would look strange on the front. Has anyone tried this? My options for 60's would be the Dunlop SP5000s and Michelin XGT V4's. Has anyone tried these tires? My rims are 6J15 Fuchs.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Just purchased a set of Kumho 712s at my local Discount Tire. Paid $72 for the fronts & $74 for the rears. They run great especially for the price.

Gary:
I almost bought the Dunlop SP8000's but I'm sick and tired of rubber wearing out too fast.I got 225/50/15's on Saturday (G/T Qualifiers) that have a 440 wear rating. The SP8000's are rated at only 200.
I'm very pleased with them, but then I wasn't looking for a soft tract tire.
May want to go to tirerack.com to see pix of each to compare.
regards,
jlex.
