carb balancers
Is there anybody out there that has knows of the ultimate carburettor balancer and where to buy it.It would seem that the older ones are the best only they are not available anymore.

Well, the only two I know of are the Uni-Syn, which I have had for over 30 years, and the Synchrometer. Both are still avilable, for around $30 and $60, respectively.

both of the above work fine, but the uni-syn cuts off airflow and chokes the hole you're using it on, so you have to use it quickly. the synchrometer does not. the tube on the uni-syn must be perfectly vertical or the floating ball will read differently. this is hard to do on some 3 barrel or MFI jobs. the synchrometer can be used at any angle and it will read the same. worth the $
